MEMBER BENEFITS

GWLPOA is the annual membership association for the Whitewater & Rice Lake Area. Property owners on and off the lake are welcome to join. 

COMMUNICATION

GWLPOA emails a monthly newsletter from April through September to all members and sends email blasts to all lake residents within the Lake Management District who we have an email address for when an issue arises that needs lake residents’ attention.

COMMUNITY

GWLPOA brings members together through social events and publishes a directory of property owners in even-numbered years.

GWLPOA hosts many social activities including events like Pontoon Parties, Lake Neighbor Meet & Greets, Music on the Lake and more!
