Members only: Draft 2012 Directory

Becoming a member provides a way of meeting and joining with your neighbors on and off the lakes.  It provides an opportunity to stay informed with other people around the Whitewater and Rice lakes otherwise difficult because many property owners are not year-round residents.  You will receive a copy of the GWLPOA Directory, conveniently listed by name and by address, along with emergency/non-emergency/hospital, clinic and church phone numbers. The Directory also lists information about the Towns of Whitewater and Richmond. Extra copies are available for $ 5.00 to members or $ 20.00 to nonmembers which automatically includes an annual membership.

The GWLPOA sponsors 2 semi-annual meetings, 3 social events and one golf outing every year.  Meetings are held at the Whitewater Township Hall where you can meet and talk to other members.  Updates, questions and concerns are raised in a town hall atmosphere with the representatives of Whitewater and Richmond Townships, with representatives of the Lake Management District and with representatives of the Wisconsin DNR.

The 3 social events are the Spring Dinner Dance, the Summer Picnic and the Fall Dinner Dance. The Dinner Dances are always held at the best restaurants in our area; guests have choice of select dinner entrees with music entertainment provided by a DJ. The Summer Picnic takes place in the Rice Lake Recreation Area or the Natureland County Park; it's a fun and relaxing event. GWLPOA members always have significant discounted prices on these occasions.

The GWLPOA Golf Outing occurs at the Whitewater Country Club in conjunction with the Fall Dinner Dance.

Join and meet your neighbors.
